Mr. Maloney practices primarily in the area of Real Estate Litigation. He has represented numerous clients in all aspects of litigation including Mediations, Arbitrations and Trials.
After being admitted to practice in 2000, Mr. Maloney joined the civil litigation firm of Maire, Mansell & Beasley as an associate. His focus was on personal injury and civil trial litigation.
Subsequently, Mr. Maloney joined a Bay Area insurance defense litigation firm where he was responsible for all phases of litigation in his Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Construction Defect and Business Litigation practice.
Thereafter, Mr. Maloney has practiced solely in real estate litigation.
Mr. Maloney attended Dominican College of San Rafael from 1990 to 1993 where he received degrees in International Relations and Business. Mr. Maloney graduated with honors from Empire College School of Law in 1997 receiving his Juris Doctor. Along with being licensed to practice law in the State Courts of California, he is also admitted to the United States District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
